This route may also be a good option if you are changing career or returning to study.<br/><br/>Our accounting and finance courses are in the top 20 in England for graduate prospects, Complete University Guide 2023.<br/><br/>Youll complete four modules in the foundation year. You will explore contemporary issues in law and business, developing a strong understanding of the principles. Youll also build the transferable skills that are essential for study at degree level, and explore the relationship between theory and practice and how this relates to business and law.<br/><br/>Learning is through a mixture of lectures, small group teaching in workshops and seminars, private study and course work. Youll be supported throughout by your personal tutor.<br/><br/>Successful completion of the foundation year means that youll be able to progress to one of the University of Brighton’s business management, accounting, finance or economics degrees. This requires a further three or four years of study. The four year route includes a salaried placement year.
