This has impacted on the reform of corporate law in the Commonwealth countries and other jurisdictions, which have modelled their corporate regimes on UK law.<br/><br/>Corporate governance teaches you about the distribution of power within key company constituencies, methods of regulating governance, governance systems across the world, auditors and internal control, and the meaning and importance of good governance with references to stakeholder theory and environmental sustainability.<br/><br/>The course has a highly flexible structure so that you can tailor your learning to suit your interests and career goals.
