Another aim of leadership in healthcare is to adapt to changing global health needs. <br/><br/>Effective healthcare leaders balance clinical knowledge, policy insight, and people management.<br/><br/>Leadership is an important skill for healthcare professionals in a climate of global pressures on the workforce. You will also have the opportunity to explore authentic contextual case studies and scenarios.<br/><br/>The course has a fixed programme of eight compulsory modules. These modules focus on a variety of areas including: <br/><br/><br/>- developing your academic skills <br/><br/><br/>- leadership in healthcare organisations <br/><br/><br/>- leading innovation and change in healthcare <br/><br/><br/>- leaderships skills <br/><br/><br/>- global healthcare leadership <br/><br/><br/>- a dissertation <br/><br/><br/>Throughout the course, you will receive support to develop your academic skills.
