**This is a Connected Degree**<br/><br/>Portsmouth is the only University in the UK with the flexibility to choose when to do an optional paid placement or self-employed year. Either take a placement in your third year, or finish your studies first and complete a placement in your fourth year. Youll hone your skills in enhancing your musical talent with advanced studio equipment, such as our Solid State Logic editing pods, Dolby Atmos Surround Sound Studio, and our CCIXR extended reality suite, preparing yourself for modern composition and production practice.<br/><br/>Youll be able to take industry certification in Protools and WWise, as we have certified school status, and youll have access to the only Buchla System 7 synthesiser in a European university.
