About the course

BSc (Hons) Occupational Therapy prepares you to support people of all ages to live meaningful, independent and healthy lives. You’ll explore how physical, psychological and social factors affect everyday activities, and how occupational therapy interventions can promote wellbeing, recovery and participation.

This course is designed for students who want to become a registered occupational therapist, combining academic study with extensive practice learning to prepare you for professional practice in health and social care settings.

What you’ll study

How you’ll learn

• Teaching through lectures, seminars, workshops and simulated practice learning

• Assessment through coursework, practical assessments, reflective assignments and examinations

You’ll also have access to digital learning resources that support independent study and assessment preparation.
