Today, medical practitioners even use technology to deliver automated medical services. This course will help you develop and maintain the next advances in healthcare.<br/><br/>Youll be taught across our School of Engineering and Informatics and Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS).<br/><br/>Our Engineering experts are helping advance healthcare automation, with contributions in areas such as:<br/>- image processing and neurophysiology<br/><br/><br/>- medical robotics and bio-robotics<br/><br/><br/>- Artificial Intelligence<br/><br/><br/>- brain-computer interface<br/><br/><br/>- neuroscience and biomaterials.<br/><br/><br/>Meanwhile, at the Medical School, you’ll learn about anatomy and physiology. You’ll study the impact that diseases, traumas and implants have on the human body.<br/><br/>Learn through lectures and gain practical experience in engineering. Our facilities include state-of-the-art robotics and VR labs. You’ll also have access to the anatomy laboratory in BSMS. Your final project will be co-supervised by academics across both Schools.<br/><br/>This course will help you to analyse, develop and deploy medical technologies. The knowledge and skills you develop will help you refine your problem-solving and analytical skills.
