Lab facilities are top of the tier

(5)·By Joanna M·Biology· Mar 2025
I am just finishing my first year and have had the best time studying at the uni's Cavendish campus. I study Biosciences and love the labs that we're taught in. So much of what we do is working in labs rather than sitting in classrooms. I've made a lot of friends and the teachers are great at explaining things. Thanks.

Course Overview

(5)·By Charlene O·International Relations· Feb 2025
I do a split degree of Politics & International Relations and I absolutely love my course. We read about a thinker and with time, I’m able to apply all the ideas from that person to real world contexts. I also love all the field trips associated with my course both home and abroad. Finally, I love that the course has an employability module to help us develop skills for graduate life. I just love the uni and the course so much and would recommend it to anyone

My opinion about the university of Westminster

(5)·By Abdeldjouad C·Finance· Nov 2024
As a current BA Finance and Business Management student at the University of Westminster, I can say the experience has been amazing in terms of facilities, social life, and the course itself.
The facilities here are top-notch. We have well-equipped libraries like the Cavendish and Marylebone Libraries, which are packed with everything we need—tons of books, online resources, and spaces for both solo and group study. For finance students, the labs are a huge plus. We get to work with Bloomberg terminals, SPSS, and other software that’s actually used in the finance industry, which makes you feel way more prepared for the real world.
As for social life at Westminster is vibrant and really diverse! There are so many student societies to join. I’m in the Finance Society, which is perfect for my course—they organize talks, networking events, and workshops with industry people

Great and Supportive University

(5)·By Lila I·Computer Science· Nov 2024
I studied the Data Science and Analytics MSc and enjoyed the course content and modules. The tutors were always very helpful and friendly. I also worked part-time during my studies for the University as a part of their Talent Bank scheme. There are many opportunities for students to work or volunteer. The campuses and libraries are great. There are also many societies to take part in and a free gym.
