Modules

(5)·By Abdur H·Business· Aug 2025
Studying Business Management has been a valuable experience, providing a strong foundation in key areas such as leadership, strategy, finance, and organisational behaviour. The module combined both theoretical frameworks and practical applications, which helped me develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills relevant to real-world business challenges. I particularly appreciated the interactive lectures, case studies, and group projects, which encouraged collaboration and broadened my perspective. Overall, the module has enhanced my understanding of modern business practices and prepared me with transferable skills that will be useful in my career.

Dear Future Westminster Architecture Students,

(5)·By Salma H·Architecture· Aug 2025
If you are prepared to challenge yourself, Westminster will give you the tools, knowledge, and experience to succeed in the world of architecture. This is not simply a place to learn how to draw buildings — it is a place to question the role of design in society, explore how architecture responds to cultural and environmental challenges, and develop your ability to think critically and creatively.
You will work in an environment that encourages experimentation, collaboration, and resilience. The studios are a space where ideas grow through dialogue, testing, and iteration. Our tutors are committed to pushing you to refine your thinking and strengthen your design process, ensuring that every project is both conceptually strong and technically sound.
From hands-on model making to advanced digital workflows, from historical research to contemporary practice, your education here will be as broad as it is deep. Field trips and real-world projects will expose you to diverse architectural contexts, preparing you to engage with the profession on a global scale.
Architecture at Westminster is demanding — it requires dedication, discipline, and the ability to adapt. But if you bring curiosity, ambition, and a willingness to learn, you will graduate not only with a portfolio of work, but with the confidence and capability to make meaningful contributions to the built environment.
You will get out of this course exactly what you put in. And if you give it your all, you will leave prepared to design with purpose, integrity, and vision.

Grateful for the amazing university experience!

(5)·By Muhammad S·Computer Science· Aug 2025
Dear Future Students of the University of Westminster,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am pleased to share that I have successfully completed my BEng Honours in Software Engineering at the University of Westminster. Throughout my studies, I have had the opportunity to develop both academically and professionally through various experiences offered by the university.

In addition to my coursework, I participated in a summer school program and completed a work-based learning project with NetCompany, which greatly enhanced my practical skills. I also had the privilege to build my public speaking abilities by presenting at an event attended by professional mentors, students, and university staff. During this event, I delivered a speech on how to leverage university resources and employability programs to develop transferable skills.

The University of Westminster provides extensive support and a range of opportunities designed to help students stand out when applying for internships and placements. For instance, I was honored to meet Ms. Satia Rai, a CEO, where I gained valuable insights into leadership and professional development.

I encourage you to consider studying at the University of Westminster, where you can grow academically, enhance your skills, and take advantage of numerous opportunities to prepare for a successful future.

Wishing you all the best in your educational journey and your future career.

Kind regards,
Muhammad Saad Faisal

Semesters Abroad - Wish I did my entire bachelors here

(5)·By Safia K·Design· May 2025
I was a semester abroad study at University of Westminster. It was a life changing experience. The professors were incredible and dedicated to my growth. The modules were challenging and educational. The pushed me to be the best I could possibly be. The social life is amazing. There is truly a society for everyone. All of the societies I went to were extremely welcoming. The free coffee and porridge in the morning was a life saver. The accommodation I stayed at in Marylebone campus felt like a home away from home because of the staff at the front desk. Only regret is not staying longer. Go dragons!

Fantastic experience

(5)·By Filippo I·Finance· May 2025
My favourite part of my course at Westminster was the wealth of opportunities available to students.

Professionally, I recall participating in several sessions with the University's Careers and Employability Service during my first and second years. These sessions not only guided me in mapping out the path to reach my career goals but also provided opportunities to interact with employers, which, along with the focus on polishing my CV and cover letters, ultimately helped me secure the summer internships during my studies.

Academically, I had the opportunity to spend an exchange semester in Denmark at Copenhagen Business School. This experience significantly broadened my perspective, further enhancing my academic knowledge while also contributing to my personal growth.

I believe that my bachelor's degree journey not only helped me develop a strong foundation in financial and quantitative research methods, which are essential to my current job, but also gave me the confidence to collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
