Better than I had expected
As a disabled student, the team provided me with everything even before my DSA was approved, which was admirable, and my friends at other universities said that that was not the case for them. They provided me with a note-taker, assisted me in walking to the different lecture theatres and provided assistive technology. All of this support is still available to me, and now I am also benefiting from 1:1 study support sessions.
The Professional Development Center has a wide breadth of events and employability programs to take part in. We get unlimited hours with a careers or placement consultant, depending on the year of study and course, who is trained in your subject. There are also the mentoring scheme and Bruenl Summer Internship Program, where Brunel pays you to work in an industry of your choosing.
Everything that you do on campus outside of your studies, so extracurricular, is recorded on this award system called Brunel+, where at graduation if you receive a gold award, you are recognized.

Psychology, Year 1
The accommodation process was easy and fast. However, moving in was long and hard with only 1 trolley available, lack of staff to help near the road of campus and my lights were dirty with dead flies and moths.
The library is amazing and it's easy to navigate and find a spot to be at but there isn't enough staff to control the loud students. The first floor should not be used as a social study area because there is so much space I wish I could work at if only it was silent. The library toilets are disgusting. The sports centre is big and I enjoy playing sports there, the toilets are always clean.
The course is simple and the lecturers engage you as much as possible. They challenge you to do your best with extra reading and quizzes. They also encourage you to speak to them for help with available office hours which helped me build a stronger relationship with my lecturer and make me more confident in my learning and exams. The feedback they give is also very helpful as well as the time it takes for the feedback is quick.
Quiet city life aside from the often clubbing events at the one club called ATIK.
You need to do a lot of reading and attend your lectures even if you think you know everything and cannot be bothered to attend. Speak to your tutor and lecturer, ask them questions, don't keep your self in the dark and rely on everyone but them for help because they are the ones teaching you! Also build friendships within your course, group studies are fun and will make you enjoy the course much more.

Anpractise walking on a rope. Ideal University for EVERYONE
The night club and bars host a massive variety of nights, however there are a couple nights during the week that you will find not busy. This could be for various reasons that are no fault of the club or bars- maybe there are many deadlines the day or week after. However one thing is for sure- you will always know someone whilst walking through the campus just because of the close proximity of every building which brings about a closer and sturdy community.
The close community is consistent, definitely throughout my 3 years of stay because of the constant activities taking place on the pathways through campus, such as the clown society practising on the grass, or the football team playing with a ball, or for example, outside my halls was a grassy area where a group of people joined to practise walking along a rope which they tied between two trees. You are given independence to do as you please however it is always safe as the campus has its own security base where police work and patrol around especially on weekend nights. This allowed me to feel safe to travel late nights to a friends flat or coming back from a bar
