Through engaging with real-world case studies, you will learn to evaluate the impact of key HR issues such as staff development, retention, workload, and financial outcomes.<br/><br/>The programme emphasises both strategic and operational aspects of HR. Combining theoretical frameworks with practical application, MSc Human Resource Management equips you with the advanced skills and critical thinking required to excel in the fast-evolving HR profession.<br/><br/><strong>CIPD accreditation</strong><br/>Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), the programme can provide immediate student CIPD membership. If you choose this option, you will become an Associate Member (Level 7) upon graduation (subject to successful completion of all module assessments).
