It will help you to develop your coaching and mentoring practice and gain a theoretical understanding of the subject.<br/><br/>Youll explore the current landscape within coaching and mentoring and how it relates to your own context. Building on this foundation, we provide a flexible approach to this Coaching and Mentoring programme.<br/><br/>The course is delivered at the University and as a distance learning programme, meaning you can attend St Mary’s or via video conferencing. One-to-one tutorial support ensures that all students are supported throughout their studies with St Mary’s.<br/><br/>You will apply your learning to practical situations within your own setting, using your knowledge to impact on coaching and mentoring provision, whilst critically engaging with contemporary debates relating to the coaching and mentoring landscape.<br/><br/>Throughout the programme youll be working with postgraduate tutors who have experience in teaching, elite sport, management and leadership as well as research and consultancy.<br/><br/>You will have access to excellent online learning resources as well as a dedicated library for Education students, the Naylor library, which has numerous study spaces, open access IT facilities and a café.
