The final fourth year provides additional focused study, and enables you to emerge with a Masters degree.<br/><br/>Chemical Engineering at Bradford has extensive links to industry. Our Lecturers are actively working on research projects with industry, with recent research projects linked to leading pharmaceutical, oil, gas, petrochemical and advanced material engineering companies.<br/><br/>**Professional accreditation**<br/>This course is accredited by the IChemE.<br/><br/>The accreditation will meet, in part, the exemplifying academic benchmark requirements for registration as a Chartered Engineer and students will need to complete an approved format of further learning pursuant to the requirements of UK-SPEC.<br/><br/>**Rankings**<br/>Our MEng Chemical Engineering (with Placement) received 100% overall satisfaction in the National Student Survey 2021.<br/>Chemical Engineering at the University of Bradford is ranked 5th in the UK in the Guardian University League Table 2021.
