**Physics with Astrophysics with a Year Abroad (4 years)**
Physics reaches from the quark out to the largest of galaxies, and encompasses all the matter and timescales within these extremes.
By combining physics with astrophysics, youll use the principles of physics to explore the cosmos - from our own solar system to galaxies and cosmology - and develop your understanding of the material world. Youll study the physical nature of bodies and processes in space, and the instruments and techniques used in modern astronomical research.

**Physics with Astrophysics with a Year Abroad (4 years)**<br/>Physics reaches from the quark out to the largest of galaxies, and encompasses all the matter and timescales within these extremes.<br/><br/>By combining physics with astrophysics, youll use the principles of physics to explore the cosmos - from our own solar system to galaxies and cosmology - and develop your understanding of the material world. Youll study the physical nature of bodies and processes in space, and the instruments and techniques used in modern astronomical research.<br/><br/>Youll have the opportunity to spend your third year studying abroad at one of our partner institutions.
