You’ll also refine essential leadership capabilities in communication, negotiation, stakeholder management and ethical decision-making, gaining the confidence to guide organisations through complexity and change.

Throughout the course, you’ll deepen your expertise in strategic planning, governance, innovation and change management, while exploring how emerging technologies such as AI and digital transformation are reshaping global leadership. Our London campus connects you directly to one of the world’s leading business ecosystems- home to global corporations, consultancies, start-ups and policy organisations.

You’ll benefit from UoP London’s unique student-centred model: one module at a time, no traditional exams, small collaborative classes and consistent timetables that make it easier to balance study with work or other commitments.

This MBA equips you for senior and executive leadership roles across sectors including consulting, finance, healthcare, technology, energy and public services. Graduates progress into positions such as Executive Director, Chief Strategy Officer, Transformation Director, Senior Consultant or Entrepreneur, leading teams and shaping strategy at the highest levels.

You’ll graduate as a confident, ethical and globally minded leader ready to influence change, drive innovation and guide organisations toward a sustainable and successful future.
