Science, Medicine, Medical Sciences, Health Sciences- with 30 Level 3 credits at Distinction in Science or Mathematics units and 15 credits at Merit or above. This must include 15 credits in Chemistry units achieved at Distinction. Where these are not included, A level Chemistry at grade B or above will be accepted.

Pearson BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma (first teaching from September 2016)

BTEC applicants must be studying all of the following modules: Principles and Applications of Science I Principles and Applications of Science II Applications of Organic Chemistry Practical Chemical Analysis Applications of Inorganic Chemistry Industrial Chemical Reactions BTEC applicants without the above modules will be required to have A Level Chemistry at grade B or above. ​

All applicants are required to hold three GCSEs at grade C/4 or above including English Language and Maths at Grade C/4 (Level 2 equivalents are not accepted).
