Nursing, Year 2

(5)·By ocean m·Nursing· Oct 2018
university of suffolk is extremely homely, and is full of support networks, from peers in your own cohort to teachers helping you step by step. Not once do you feel alone. Being a student nurse, that support continues through theory but most important practical placements. I absolutely love being a UOS student.

Law, Year 1

Very challenging but fulfilling. Learning a wide range of modules to enable a better understanding of law itself. The people and the lectures are very genuine and lovely. Made great friends and had memorable nights out!

So far, university of suffolk experience has been amazing. I've made so many new friends and learnt so much in the past 3/4 weeks. The tutors are amazing and I'm looking forward to the rest of my time here.

Art and Design, Year 1

(4.8)·By Samantha S·Art· Oct 2018
Everybody here is so friendly, from the students union to the staff. Any issues you know you can go to them and they'll help you out. A-lot of nights out are planned by students union each week, and freshers/ re-freshers is a big deal round here - it gets abit crazy. You never feel out of place because everybody is in the same boat. The accommodation is really nice, if you have a few issues you can report it to either maintenance or the staff and they do what they can. Each week Athena has something different going on so it's never boring.

(Photography is not under what course subject are you studying so I put the closest to it) It's been an absolutely blast! I love the location of the university and accommodation, the night life here is also amazing! The course is going very well, learning how to use all these different camera. Overall my experience here has been very successful and I've really enjoyed it! Bring on the third year! :)

I love university' although it is incredibly challenging, I look back and all I can see is how much I have grown as a person. The experience is like nothing else in life and I am grateful every day that I decided to stick with it even when it gets tough!

The university of Suffolk

(4.8)·By Adam E·Architecture· Jun 2024
The University of Suffolk is a really great place. I especially like how small my class is, with there only being 7 of us. This means that we get to know each other and our lecturers more closely, and they are always open to talk about anything during or after class. There is also a lot of new equipment and a range of supplies available to all students across the entire university. Additionally, there are weekly events with the student union, such as a frog hunt we had where societies or groups of students had to look for tiny frogs hidden around campus, and the winner got a paid dinner at a fancy restaurant. The atmosphere at the university is very lively, friendly, and diverse.

Anatomy / Physiology / Pathology, Year 2

(4.5)·By Sabrina R·Anatomy· Jul 2021
It was good. I had a few introductory lectures and given an introduction to each module and assignments The accommodation is OK. The room sizes are good, good security Only 1 library but it's really good with great facilities The lectures go into detail ensuring you understand providing extra materials and videos The city is quite small and quite not a very big night life either

Law, Year 1

Since coming to the University of Suffolk I have felt apart of a big family! I came to Suffolk due to their amazing course. All lecturers are understanding and great tutors. For someone whom lacks in self confidence, I've already grown into a much more confident person in just two weeks. Assessments are spread out to allow you to do your best and every tutor is willing to put you and your eduction first. The University of Suffolk is a small insitute and is one big family.
