Do you want to learn about the effects of migration on countries and families left behind? How do migration policies shape migrants’ life-chances? Our Masters will give you the knowledge to analyse and address these and other questions.<br/><br/>Youll gain specialised knowledge and transferable skills in areas such as:<br/>- migration policies<br/><br/><br/>- refugee rights<br/><br/><br/>- development strategies<br/><br/><br/>- humanitarian assistance.<br/><br/><br/>Youll develop your critical thinking and effective communication. And youll learn to approach problems with empathy and creativity.<br/><br/>Our interdisciplinary approach will give you a distinctive, critical grounding in international development. Youre taught migration studies by faculty with extensive knowledge from working in the field. And you’ll become part of the research community in the Sussex Centre for Migration Research, located within the School of Global Studies.<br/><br/>We understand that deciding where and what to study is a very important decision.
