Art and Design, Graduate

My experience at LCF was really wonderful. As an international student, they forced me to venture outside of the university to discover new things and see what inspires me. I had a bit of culture shock, but there were staff there to help and get me back on track as well. The university inspired me to push myself further, and I did end up producing 12 sketchbooks of 200 pages each every year (loads of work). Another great thing about LCF is the doors they open for you. I currently live in Dublin, but the university has worldwide recognition and is useful on my CV. They even have a website for anyone currently studying or graduated that is looking for a job. Great job opportunities are constantly on it before they are anywhere else, because LCF has great students. Honestly, best time of my life.

Media, Year 2

(5)·By Emma H·Media Studies· Oct 2018
Ever since starting here I've felt very welcome and surrounded by passionate caring people. All my lecturers care about the students not only how they're doing with the course material, but also their welfare. Short evening courses are even provided to further yourself in subjects not necessarily in your course structure and how to write a good CV and present portfolio/ showreels. Being a student in London has its ups and downs. There's so much to do and there's always a good nightlife but it can be very expensive. Alongside that is travel issues like tube strikes and bus traffic. But overall I'm so glad I came here, I've never been so happy.

Animation, Year 3

(5)·By Kate R·Media Studies· Oct 2018
It's cool, I make cartoons and stuff, but mostly I make puppets and stop motion films. The teachers try really hard and the facilities are pretty great. Norwich is a fine city, pun intended, there's alot of pubs and fun stuff to do. I'm not gunna lie I would probably spend all of that money on booze if I won, so maybe it's better for my liver if I don't. But yeah anyway it's a good university.

My experience whilst studying at Norwich university of the arts has been amazing. The help we receive is above and beyond what should be expected of our lectures. I'm confident in myself now to go out and find my dream job.

I'm currently studying for my Masters degree in a Fashion journalism and I could not have picked a better University! UAL have so many contacts within the industry and live collaborations with exciting companies. I'm very excited to get into my course and start to learn about the future of the media.

University has been an exciting experience I have met a lot of new people who all have a passion and interest in the same things as me which is great. I have found myself developing as a designer and growing as a person. I've gained so much confidence since my Year 1

Advertising, Year 2

Due to it being in London there is lots to do, and places to go, yet since the the uni is several campus's around London, there is a big divide and little university spirit The uni is far easier than expected and the design of the course was changed from a creative course after 1 year to a business orientated course we are now doing

Business and management studies, Year 1

Very busy, course wise I love it and I'm actually studying something I like!!! Yet I don't have free time, which in my opinion is a good thing. I'm either at uni, or meeting up with people or working. Also living in such an amazing city like London I never get bored or lonely! If anything I need some me time (which involves lying in bed with my netflix and pizza...) Yet so far I'm loving uni life!

Art and design, Year 4 Plus

The course encourages the student to think out of the box and look at sustainable practices that could make a design look not only aesthetically appealing but would also be environmental friendly. The teachers are very supportive and extremely knowledgeable.
