The IEA’s World Energy Outlook (2021) claimed that 13.3 million new global jobs would be created by the low carbon agenda by 2030 and most of these jobs would require electrical and electronic engineering skills.<br/><br/>The Integrated Masters degree in Sustainable Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Aberystwyth University will develop your essential skills, from analogue and digital electronics to real-life applications like communications and renewables.<br/><br/>At Aberystwyth we embed a ‘can-do’ approach to problem-solving within this degree programme with employability in mind, so that on graduation our students will have the confidence, skills and knowledge to effectively deliver in these extremely lucrative opportunities, whether they are industrial or commercially based, and contribute positively to our changing world.<br/><br/>Aberystwyth University will be working with the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) so that this new degree will be eligible to receive IET accreditation when the first cohort graduates in 2029. IET accreditation will be subject to approval by the IET at that time.
