You’ll learn how to address the complexities encountered in the construction industry as well as be able to look at a development with a holistic approach. This will prepare you for professional roles in managing construction projects by imparting an understanding of both the human and technical aspects essential for project success. <br/><br/>Modules will see you delve into the theoretical exploration and practical considerations of the industry. You’ll explore areas such as construction cost management, Building Information Modelling (BIM), project management, construction law, contracts, environmental assessment, supply chain management, and risk management. <br/><br/>BNU’s MSc Construction Project Management program is designed to align closely with industry needs and standards. The curriculum includes practical and theoretical knowledge essential for managing construction projects effectively and ensuring you are well-prepared for real-world challenges.<br/><br/>In addition to technical, management and leadership knowledge and skills, the programme also focuses on developing employability skills such as communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and project management.
