You will study part-time over six months.<br/><br/>The course aims to develop the underpinning principles, latest innovations and approaches to the concepts and challenges of healthcare and clinical education and leadership. It will help you use critical analysis to analyse current thinking in leadership, the impact of the changing multi-professional workforce and approaches to collaborative working. <br/><br/>Learning occurs over a 30-week period (excluding standard university closures) and is structured as follows:<br/><br/>7005NAPPG - Principles of Clinical Education and Supervision<br/><br/>15 weeks<br/>January to April<br/>7004NAPPG - Multi-professional Leadership and Management<br/><br/>15 weeks<br/>April to July<br/>7016NAPPG - Contemporary Innovations in Clinical Education<br/><br/>15 weeks<br/>April to July
