Digital Media & Information Studies/Latin MA (Hons)

Digital Media & Information Studies explores the creation, use and impact of digital content and information in the arts, humanities and society at large. It brings a human perspective to the issues of the digital age. Latin involves the study of the Latin language and literature, as well as the history and culture of the Romans. <br/><br/><strong>Why study this course at the University of Glasgow?</strong> <br/><br/>Our rich environment for practice-based teaching and research is immersed in heritage and provides first-hand experience in ways that knowledge has been created, preserved and communicated from the past to the digital age. You will have the opportunity to visit archaeological sites and museums in Italy as part of your programme. If you progress to Honours you will have the opportunity to spend up to three weeks (usually during the summer vacation after year 3) visiting archaeological sites and museums in Italy or another part of the ancient world. <br/><br/><strong>Career Prospects?</strong> <br/><br/>This degree opens a range of careers and further study opportunities and helps you stand out in the crowded graduate jobs market.
