<strong>Course Overview</strong><br/><br/>If you’re a practising midwife our MSc Midwifery puts you at the cutting-edge of thinking, research and practice to benefit your career. It’ll also help you meet new challenges and opportunities as a practitioner, partner and leader delivering and shaping future maternity services. <br/><br/>Our postgraduate midwifery course is delivered online with modules that can be taken as standalone CPD courses or built towards a PGCert, PGDip, or full MSc. Key areas of study include advanced midwifery practice, leadership, research, and service development.<br/><br/>Youll learn through multimedia materials, interactive sessions, and collaborations with your peers. These lectures are available whenever you need advice and support.<br/><br/><br/><br/><strong>Accreditations</strong><br/><br/>This course is validated by the NMC, the nursing and midwifery regulator for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.<br/><br/><strong>Future careers</strong><br/><br/>Your midwifery qualifications and experience will offer a wide range of options to further develop your career. After completing the course you will become a registered midwife, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). You’ll then have the opportunity to apply to work as a midwife within the NHS or in other independent midwifery settings. You may also have opportunities to work nationally or internationally.
