In addition, youll learn through an applied research module where you can be involved in applied research in a variety of settings. This can range between:<br/><br/>A sector-based people project where you have the option of conducting an applied research project in relation to a particular sector or niche that is appropriate to your interest.<br/><br/>An organisational change project in relation to your own practice with an organisational consultancy change project where you may engage with organisational stakeholders and conduct a piece of applied consultancy which is then evaluated.<br/><br/>**Networking opportunities**<br/>Our courses are designed and delivered by a highly experienced team of academics, who have extensive practice-based experience in HR & OD. Study is supported throughout by peer networking meetings between study blocks. You’ll play an active part in your own development.<br/><br/>You’ll manage your own continuous professional development through personal development, gaining the skills necessary for reflective learning and attending the guest lectures. You’ll also have an opportunity to professional events organised by the local and national branches of Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).<br/><br/>You’ll have access to our dynamic, student-led HR Network, which provides excellent opportunities for sharing experience with alumni, sponsors, business leaders, human resource managers and consultants.
