Strategic People Management and Human Resources (Top Up) MA

This Top Up allows students who already hold a CIPD Post Graduate Diploma or equivalent to gain a Masters level qualification. <br/><br/>The course is designed for those professionals looking to enhance and develop their postgraduate level strategic level knowledge and behaviours to provide the necessary skills, competencies and knowledge to achieve a Masters in the area of People Management (including Human Resources, Learning and Development and Organisational Development). <br/><br/>**What happens on the course?**<br/>The course provides input for study skills at Masters level and the completion of a Masters Professional Project Module is an independent study unit which provides an opportunity to identify a People Management related issue and develop the critical thinking skills to analyse and recommend approaches to address the issue.
