Individuals accessing services may be at any stage of life and may have a range of mental, physical, cognitive or behavioural health challenges.<br/>This course is designed to equip you with the values, knowledge and skills that can be utilised and are specifically relevant to employment in Wellbeing and Social Care within the community. The programme reflects contemporary issues, changing trends and challenges within the sector and has an emphasis on improving the quality of service within this emerging field of practice. You will study a range of topics including psychological and social aspects of health and illness, debates and dilemmas in health and social care and mental health and wellbeing.<br/><br/>This course is run in Partnership with the University of Wales Trinity Saint David.
