You’ll analyse and evaluate financial problems, and gain the practical skills to understand and use information from financial newspapers and documents.<br/><br/>Your knowledge will grow in the dynamic, international environment of our Business School of 45 nationalities, inspired by staff who are leaders in business practice and theory, in small classes with real-life scenarios, the input of employers, and the support of dedicated careers advisers.<br/><br/>You’ll also benefit from professional training facilities, such as our virtual Thomson Reuters Eikon trading floor, used by major financial services companies across the world, and integrating real activity in financial markets directly into students’ courses.<br/><br/>Aberdeen is one of the most dynamic place to study and research the Spanish language and the cultural frameworks in countries where it is spoken. You’ll be equipped with the skills to communicate in a global language, spoken by 350 million native Spanish speakers in 19 Latin American states, Spain, and increasingly in the US.<br/><br/>As an integral part of your 5-year programme you will spend the whole of year three taking your language and cultural skills to a very high level as a teaching assistant or visiting student in a Spanish-speaking country.<br/><br/>The combination of your business, language and cultural skills will give you a special advantage to employers operating in multinational environments, including the energy industry which is important in the growing economies of Latin America.
