Our spiral curriculum ensures you encounter key material multiple times, reinforcing and deepening your learning throughout the course. <br/><br/>From the very beginning of your studies and throughout the course, as a graduate medical student, you’ll spend time with patients, immersing yourself in patient care. In your third year, you’ll undertake a transformative 20-week longitudinal integrated clerkship placement, where you’ll be embedded within a General Practice. This opportunity allows you to follow a cohort of patients and gain a profound understanding of the factors influencing their health. <br/><br/>Placements are strategically located at three hubs across Norfolk and Waveney (King’s Lynn, Great Yarmouth, and Norwich), ensuring you become deeply embedded in the community. This approach not only enhances your direct patient care experience but also involves you in quality improvement projects aimed at elevating local healthcare.
