Management and Leadership (Senior Leader) Apprenticeship PgDip

Our Senior Leader Apprenticeship (SLA) course offers an exciting opportunity to develop and hone your leadership skills, make a real impact in the workplace, and support your future career aspirations.<br/><br/>The course is ideal if you are new to a leadership or senior management role and applicable to a wide range of settings across the public, private or third sectors and in all areas of the economy. You will be enrolled onto a Senior Leader Apprenticeship with the option of a qualification, in the form of a PG Diploma. This will be charged at a nominal fee of £550.<br/><br/>Our Senior Leader Apprenticeship uses our unique expertise to develop leaders and managers who are equipped to face the future and create thriving initiatives in challenging times.<br/><br/>Exceptional leadership and management are critical to success. Our Senior Leader Apprenticeship is a dynamic course designed to help develop your key leadership and management capabilities within a professional, work-related context.<br/><br/>The programme will enable you to continue to earn while learning and to apply your knowledge to improve your leadership skills within the workplace. It also offers you the additional benefits of becoming a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). As well as learning while you earn, the benefits of studying this course include:<br/><br/>A Postgraduate Diploma in Management and Leadership (Subject to £550 award fee)<br/><br/>The opportunity to hone and perfect your leadership skills that can be applied to your future career within the private, public or third sectors<br/><br/>Apprenticeship fees are funded by your employers and the Government<br/><br/>A vibrant learning environment that gives you opportunities to network with like-minded professionals<br/><br/>The confidence to initiate and lead strategic change in your organisation<br/><br/>The opportunity to plan and deliver consultancy and research projects, making a contribution to knowledge in the field of management and leadership<br/><br/>The chance to draw upon existing personal, leadership and organisational skills, and share expertise with others<br/><br/>The opportunity to apply this course to a wide range of management and leadership roles<br/><br/>The opportunity to top-up to a Masters qualification on successful completion of this course (see below for more details).<br/><br/>Top-up to a Masters qualification<br/><br/>Upon successful completion of the Senior Leader Apprenticeship (including the PG Diploma) you have the option to top up your award to a Masters; this will possible by completing a final work-based project.<br/><br/>This work-based project will require you to choose a subject area which has direct relevance and ‘real life’ impact in the context of your workplace. The chosen subject will need to be discussed and approved by your employer.<br/><br/>This top-up qualification is in addition to the Senior Leader Apprenticeship and will need to be self-funded or funded with the support of your employer.
