You will gain an overview of UK, international and comparative issues related to people management.<br/><br/>This human resource management degree also gives you the opportunity to specialise as an HR professional with either a focus on people management or on organisational development and consultancy.<br/><br/>This course is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
