It will give you the tools to critically understand the social relevance of constitutional law, as well as equipping you with more practical knowledge of this highly important area of the law.<br/><br/>This course gives equal weight to theory and comparative case studies from around the world. It will appeal to anyone with a background in law or politics and beyond, who is interested in understanding constitutions from a number of different disciplines.<br/><br/>You can look forward to a stimulating learning environment, alongside others with diverse backgrounds and professional experiences. Our students include those with pre-existing knowledge or experience of law, and those with a desire to pursue a specialism in this area.
