You will develop a wide range of business knowledge, transferable skills and practical skills through research, independent study and workplace scenarios, to prepare you for future management roles that require personal responsibility and decision-making, including operations manager, regional manager, divisional manager, department manager, and specialist managers.<br/><br/>The Leadership and Management HND Level 5 is a two year course. During your first year, you will study a Level 4 HNC.
