Are you currently working in teaching? This course is ideal if you are currently a teaching assistant and would like to develop your career further so that you can progress onto a work-based or postgraduate route into teaching.<br/><br/>Our programme offers both a full- and part-time programme of academic study in order to develop skills and knowledge in early years, primary, secondary, FE or adult education.<br/><br/>This programme links theory and practice in order to make informed, critical and independent judgements in preparation for diverse roles within educational settings.<br/><br/>The course also aims to develop your confidence to be adaptable, creative and inspiring, reflective learning and teaching practitioners.
