Business Management (Human Resource Management) BSc (Hons)

Our three-year BSc Business Management programmes share a generic first year, during which you will take seven compulsory modules from across the range of business disciplines, providing a broad understanding of business and management contexts and processes.<br/><br/>The BSc Business Management (Human Resources Management) programme builds on the foundation of general business modules, such as strategy, information, finance and accounting, operations and marketing, by examining:<br/>•the design and function of work and organisations;<br/>•the regulatory environment and the societal context surrounding the workplace<br/>•and the techniques that are used to manage people at work.<br/><br/>This approach ensures that you received a thorough general foundation in the business disciplines as well as an HRM specialism.
