Biotechnology MSc

The academic aim of this programme will be to provide you with a deep and advanced understanding of biotechnology and the application in industry.<br/>You will take core modules on theory, practicals, workshops, research methods & ethics in Biotechnology and visit industrial sites to get a comprehensive view on current technologies used in an academic and industrial setting. The course consists of seven modules, including a 6-month research project in which you will undertake a placement in a biotechnology oriented lab on a relevant topic. <br/><br/>The programme will foster and enhance your critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with modules that encourage you to analyse complex problems, and design and evaluate effective solutions.
