You should have the support of your employer or voluntary setting (unless self-employed) and have a satisfactory enhanced DBS check<br/>– Two GCSEs at grade 4 or above, which should include English Language. You will be taught in small groups and there is individual tutorial support to assist with the planning and checking of coursework.<br/><br/>**Assessment**<br/>You will be assessed using a variety of methods, including essays, case studies, reports, observations, individual and group presentations and a dissertation proposal.<br/><br/>**Industry Links**<br/>We have links with a variety of health care providers, giving students access to real-life best practice and news.<br/><br/>**Progression**<br/>The FdA in Health and Social Care will enable you to work at a higher/management level within the health and social care sector, and/or top up to the one year BA (Hons) in Adult Social Care degree programme here at HSDC, or alternative BA (Hons) degree programme at a university.<br/><br/>**About Us**<br/>Our campus has a range of modern facilities to enhance students learning experience including music recording studios, gym facilities, a nursery, to our own working restaurant and beauty salon and much more.
