This course equips you with high level computing skills to work as a professional in industry. It is a diploma qualification that can also be used as the first two years of a Computing degree, enabling you to progress onto the final year of a BSc (Hons) at university.<br/><br/>What can I do next?<br/>The tech industries are the fastest growing in the UK and the world, with huge employment opportunities. In 2019, the industry in the UK grew by 40% - six times faster than any other sector - and the UK led Europe for attracting investment in tech businesses. Companies of all types increasingly rely on skills such as coding, website development, cloud technologies, machine learning, data analytics and digital marketing to survive and thrive. As the demand for digital skills grows, so do the opportunities and financial rewards.<br/><br/>What will I be doing?<br/>You will learn skills that equip you for industry, including in coding, software development, web development, app development, data analytics and the internet of things.
