These roles include: project planning, resource management, scheduling management, and working and meeting client’s commercial and procurement interests as planning consultants.<br/><br/>This programme will equip you with the pre-requisite knowledge of project planning, selecting appropriate lean construction methods, advanced financial appraisal methods and construction economics focusing on the trends within construction and using case studies working within and across multidisciplinary teams.<br/><br/>You will also explore potential delay-causing factors in order to identify and resolve any issues before they affect the completion date.<br/><br/>This course is subject to validation.
