There’s a strong emphasis on practical skills too, with a year-long skills-based module helping you develop the professional tools needed to communicate, present and work confidently from day one of your career.<br/><br/>In semester one, you’ll gain a solid understanding of the field exploring areas such as corporate finance, quantitative methods and global markets.<br/><br/>You’ll then have the opportunity to specialise with a choice of modules including portfolio management, derivatives and international finance, and related areas such as fintech or behavioural finance. You’ll use this for individual and group assessments and you’ll have 24/7 remote access.<br/><br/>You can also work towards the certificate of competency in LSEG Workspace, awarded by the London Stock Exchange Group, as well as other external qualifications.
