Course details may be subject to change.<br/><br/>The HNC in Construction Management can lead to Incorporation or Chartership status with the Chartered Institute of Building and other professional bodies.<br/><br/>Construction Managers direct, organise and co-ordinate resources for the construction and maintenance of building, civil and structural works including residential, industrial, retail and leisure facilities and associated infrastructure.<br/><br/>You will be responsible for the programme, cost, quality and safety of development.<br/><br/>You will attend the University Centre one day per week and will study key areas such as Construction Technology, the Construction Environment and Legal and Statutory Requirements.<br/><br/>You will also be expected to conduct additional directed and independent study during your own time away from college to complete the programme.<br/><br/>This course can also be completed as part of a Higher Apprenticeship. Please indicate at application/interview stage if this is a requirement of your employer.
