ABB to include at least one science-related subject from Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Computing, Environmental Studies, Environmental Science, Further Maths, Geology, Human Biology, Marine Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Pure Maths, Science (Applied). General Studies is not accepted. For Biology, Chemistry and Physics A Levels, we require a pass in the practical element. GCSE Mathematics is required (minimum grade C or 4) if not offered at a higher level.

Combinations of Advanced Highers and Highers accepted. Mathematics required at National 5, minimum grade C (or Standard Grade or Intermediate 2 equivalent) if not offered at Higher Grade. Scottish qualifications can be taken in more than one sitting

D:30,M:15

30 level 3 credits at Distinction and 15 level 3 at Merit. At least 15 level 3 credits in a geographical-based subject and at least 15 level 3 credits in a science-related subject are required. GCSE Mathematics at minimum grade C is required.

A minimum of 32 points and one science at Higher Level grade 6 from Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics. Standard Level Mathematics or Mathematical Studies required at Grade 4 if not offered at Higher Level

Applicants will be considered on an individual basis.

H1H2H2H3H3 at Higher level and at least one science-related subject from Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology.

D3,M2,M2

D3 M2 M2 in Principal Subjects to include at least one science-related subject from Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology. GCSE Mathematics (minimum grade C or 4) required if not offered at a higher level.

We welcome applications from students offering an Extended Project and value the skills of research and independent learning that it is designed to develop. If you offer an Extended Project, it will be taken into account as part of your application profile, but we will not usually include it in the offer conditions for this degree programme.
