BSc (Hons) Computing (Top-Up) BSc (Hons)

The aim of this BSc (Hons) Computing top-up degree programme is to prepare<br/>individuals for graduate level employment within the computing sector by building the<br/>core skills already achieved, necessary to work independently and collaboratively with<br/>technical and non-technical colleagues.<br/>Specific aims are:<br/>• To demonstrate an in-depth understanding of Computing knowledge and be<br/>able to exercise critical judgement in the use of that knowledge.<br/>• To enable students to undertake problem identification and analysis across the<br/>computing lifecycle.<br/>• To demonstrate the ability to work autonomously in a highly proactive and<br/>accomplished manner and to make effective use of tools and techniques to<br/>successfully communicate to a range of technical and non-technical audiences.<br/>• To be able to identify appropriate practices and perform within a professional,<br/>legal and ethical framework.
