Our Education Studies degree equips you with the skills for a career in a wide range of educational contexts. <br/><br/>On the course you’ll study child and adolescent development. You’ll examine inclusion and educational inequalities. And you’ll question government educational policy. You’ll also analyse how education is portrayed in popular culture.<br/><br/>Youll build knowledge about the role of education in our society, exploring areas like:<br/><br/><br/>- psychology<br/><br/><br/>- gender<br/><br/><br/>- 21st-century education<br/><br/><br/>- special educational needs and disabilities<br/><br/><br/>- children’s literature.<br/><br/><br/>You can choose to specialise in SEN, Disabilities and Inclusion (SENDI). You’ll deepen your knowledge of SEND issues.
