Our highly skilled and experienced staff team, the Colleges’ nursery provision and links with employers in the sector will support you to achieve your full potential. <br/><br/>**Modules Covered:**<br/><br/>**Level 4** <br/><br/>-Academic Study Skills<br/><br/>-Early Childhood Development <br/><br/>-Professional Reflective Practice: Listening to Young Children<br/><br/>-Safeguarding and Promoting the Well-being of Young Children<br/><br/>-Natural Play<br/><br/>-Social Inclusion and Early Childhood Education<br/><br/>**Level 5**<br/><br/>-Approaches to Research in Early Childhood Studies <br/><br/>-Inclusive Strategies for Children with Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) <br/><br/>-Professional Reflective Practice: Critical Reflection and Alternative Pedagogies<br/><br/>-Professional Reflective Practice: Transitions<br/><br/>-Action Research Project<br/><br/>-Professional Reflective Practice: Learning Journey<br/><br/>**Progression:**<br/><br/><br/>- Higher Education BA (hons) degrees in Childhood Studies, Early Childhood Education, Early Childhood Education and Care<br/><br/><br/>- Upon successful completion of these courses you could go into employment in roles such as Nurse Manager, Pre-School Leader or Family Support Worker <br/><br/><br/>**Entry Requirements:**<br/><br/><br/>* 48 UCAS points <br/><br/><br/>* Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification with license to practice status<br/><br/><br/>* GCSE Maths and English grade C/4 or equivalent<br/><br/><br/>* Hold a current DBS<br/><br/><br/>* Be employed in a sector in a relevant setting and role <br/><br/><br/>* A minimum of six months experience post-qualifying at Level 3 <br/><br/><br/>* ICT access and skills to support online learning elements of the programme<br/><br/><br/>* IELTS English Score of 6.0 minimum required for international applicants <br/><br/><br/>If you do not meet these requirements please contact us as we are able to consider applicants with other qualifications, relevant experience or personal circumstances on an individual basis.
