You’ll begin by exploring the foundations of business management, studying business models from a broad variety of sectors. You’ll also discover how to champion environmental, social and ethical practices – examining the future challenges posed by cultural, digital and technological change. <br/><br/>As the course progresses, you’ll be introduced to psychological principles, learning how to apply these in a business management context. You’ll examine what drives us, from brain physiology to social groups, as well as our individual differences in personality and motivation.<br/><br/>Through this, you’ll learn how to understand and support teams, building a brand culture where everyone can thrive – both as individuals and as a team. Gaining real-world experience, you’ll develop your personal and professional skills while enhancing your career prospects when you graduate.
