Students that successfully complete the HNC and HND programmes traditionally progress to one of the following areas:<br/><br/>**Related Degree Programmes**- Students have the option to progress onto the HND programme which also is offered at SERC (depending on application numbers).<br/><br/>This course also provides students with extensive opportunities for further study of a top up degree, at higher level, studying at some of these UK universities, The University of Central Lancashire, based in Preston, Liverpool John Moores and University of Ulster.<br/><br/>Entry can range from Year 1, 2 or final year entry depending on grades achieved and individual university entrance criteria set per year.<br/><br/>**Employment**- This Higher National programme has been designed to equip students with the knowledge required to thrive in the changing world of work. Roles may include, but are not limited to:<br/>• Event Planning - Organise and coordinate all aspects of events, from concept and budgeting to logistics and execution, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for clients and attendees.<br/>• Travel Management - Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of business travel, including itinerary planning, vendor negotiation, cost control, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for employees or clients.<br/>• Destination Marketing - Promoting a specific location to attract visitors, enhance brand awareness, and boost local tourism through strategic campaigns and partnerships.
