Once you have achieved the HND, you will be able to apply to study for a further year to obtain a full degree at university. This qualification is well regarded throughout the industry and the academic world. Career opportunities include managerial and technical positions in mechanical or electrical engineering<br/><br/>All lecturers teaching this course hold a PCGE or equivalent qualification in education and have their Level 6 qualification in Mechatronics. The lecturers at Tameside College in the engineering department hold at least 5 years of relevant industrial experience.
