The scope of the programme continues developing theoretical knowledge of child development and refinement of individual pedagogies alongside strategic understanding of working with children 0-8 in all sectors. Reflecting the diversity of the local sector, the degree aims to enable flexibility of professional development appropriate to different settings, improving participants’ employability and effectiveness at work. In addition, it will enable students to progress to postgraduate and professional qualifications.
