The scope of the programme continues developing theoretical knowledge of child development and refinement of individual pedagogies alongside strategic understanding of working with children 0-8 in all sectors. Reflecting the diversity of the local sector, the degree aims to enable flexibility of professional development appropriate to different settings, improving participants’ employability and effectiveness at work.
