The BA (Hons) Costume Construction programme places an emphasis on the knowledge and use of both historical and contemporary pattern cutting, construction, textiles and finishing techniques. Emphasis is focused on the cut and construction techniques for costume in the following areas: performance art, theatre, opera, dance, music, musical theatre, film and television.
