The BA (Hons) Counselling offers students a strong theoretical and practical base from which to begin their professional counselling practice, whilst working towards individual accreditation with the BACP. The theoretical orientation is humanistic, though other approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis are also examined.
