Curating (with Integrated International Pre-Masters) MA

**Our MA Curating with Integrated International Pre-Masters is a year-long preparatory course of study to ready you for your Master’s in the UK, developing your English speaking and writing together with your specialist skills, research acumen and confidence in working autonomously.**<br/><br/>Explore the practical and theoretical frameworks of curation on our MA Curating course, part of the School of Fine Art, Craft and Photography at UCA Canterbury.<br/><br/>This course is open to curators, artists, historians, designers, architects and humanities graduates looking to explore and foster new and innovative approaches to curation at an advanced level. Its based on three principles: engaging community, critical rigour and the development of professional practice.<br/><br/>Through a range of opportunities, projects and partnerships, you will be encouraged to understand and position yourself and your research within the context of professional practice, learning about both local and global curatorial practices.<br/><br/>Youll develop an individual programme of study, based on a personal research project that is underpinned by lectures, seminars, group projects, workshops and live opportunities.
